Core Functions

  • Multi-process Cleaning
    Supports standardized procedures such as acid cleaning (1%-2% nitric acid), alkali cleaning (1%-3% sodium hydroxide), and hot water rinsing (60℃-90℃), with customizable cleaning processes.
    The fully automatic model controls PLC to control parameters like temperature, time and flow rate, while the semi-automatic model requires manual valve switching.
  • Sanitary Design
    The tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror-polished inner walls (Ra≤0.4μm) and a dead-angle-free structure. It comes standard with CIP cleaning balls to ensure no residue.
    SUS316L material is optional, suitable for acidic or highly corrosive materials.
  • Energy Efficiency and High Performance
    Coil or plate heat heat exchanger systems (steam/electric heating) enable rapid temperature rise; the pump set has a head of 32 meters and a flow rate of 10m³/h, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized production lines.
