Core Functions

PLC Fully Automatic Degassing
Oxygen and volatile odors are removed via a vacuum pump set (-0.095MPa) and condenser. It supports parameter presets (e.g., degassing time, pressure curve) and is compatible with products of different viscosities (such as milk and fruit juice).
It monitors degassing efficiency in real time, triggers automatic alarms for abnormalities and records data, with process adjustments accessible via the touch screen.
Aseptic Storage System
Overpressure of aseptic air (0.1-0.3bar) inside the tank forms a barrier to prevent microbial intrusion; it is equipped with low-fouling valve sets to avoid residual contamination in pipelines.
An independent CIP cleaning system supports cyclic cleaning with acid-alkali solutions, achieving 100% cleaning coverage.
Large-Capacity & Structural Design
Optional vertical (conical bottom/domed bottom) or horizontal tank bodies, equipped with anti-vortex baffles to prevent sedimentation; agitators are available in magnetic drive or top-mounted types to maintain material uniformity.
